About Cranfield
Debuted with the first full-length album "Night Band" in 2013 amid favorable reviews, following year, band was selected as the ‘K-Rookies’ following the ‘Hello Rookie’ in May of ‘EBS Space 공감’ in 2014. At the end of the year, band won the ‘EBS Space 공감 Hello Rookie of the Year’ Award, becoming the best rookie band in 2014 both in name and reality, with the review that "the band is the most appropriate expression of emotions and emotions that have been erased from memories without our knowledge." Although it is classified as an "indipop" for convenience, it is said to have been ideally placed by various genre elements ranging from psychedelic, shoegazing, modern rock, other pop, dream pop, and Garage Rock. In 2015, band released the EP "Blue Picture" based on more colorful instrument arrangements and excellent songwriting. 2018 single "The Farewell Dance", "My Name”. And after a long hiatus, in April 2026, band released a new EP, “A Place Where Water Divided”.
2013년 첫 정규앨범 <밤의 악대>로 호평 속에 데뷔해, 이듬해 2014년 EBS 스페이스 공감 5월의 헬로루키에 이어 K-루키즈에 선정. 연말에는 “우리도 모르는 사이 기억에서 지워졌던 정서와 감성을 가장 적절하게 표현한 밴드”라는 평과 함께 EBS 스페이스 공감 올해의 헬로루키 대상을 수상하며 명실공히 2014년 최고의 신인밴드로 등극했다. 편의상 ‘인디팝’으로 분류되지만 싸이키델릭, 슈게이징, 모던록, 기타 팝, 드림 팝, 개러지록에 이르는 다양한 장르적 요소들이 이상적으로 배치했다는 평을 받고있으며 2015년 더욱 다채로워진 악기 편성과 탁월한 송라이팅을 기반으로 한 EP <파란 그림>을 발매했다. 2018년 싱글 <이별의 춤>, <나의 이름은>, 2026년 4월에는 오랜 공백을 깨고 새 EP <물이 갈라지는 곳>을 발표했다.

A female duo consisting of vocals and keys.
Pioneering a genre they call "casual indie jazz," they craft music that anyone can enjoy with ease—pairing an intuitive, comfortable sound with the distinctive arrangements of jazz.
